Energy is inside all of us. We are meant to use our energy to move forward in life with grace and ease. Disturbances in our energy occur with illness, injury, emotional trauma, loss, anger, resentment and more. We need to let this energy move through us and not hold on to it. If we do not let it flow and hold it, negative energy stores in our body, affecting our physical, emotional, and mental health.
Reiki means "miraculous sign." Rei = universal and Ki = life energy. Reiki is a type of energy healing.
Oftentimes, during my Reiki sessions, I will receive guided images or intuitive messages that are needed to help the client through the healing process.
Each energy session includes:

What to expect after your appointment....
Reiki clears blocks and imbalances in your chakras and energetic body. After alignment of energy and the release of traumatic energy, clients often say they feel 'lighter' and less irritable. They leave the session with a sense of peace and contentment. Reiki therapy aids in the removal of accumulated stress in the body and promotes emotional healing.
